Quality control programme


To ensure the highest level of service quality on each of its operational sites, MAT implements a quality control programme and a QHSE monitoring system that meets international health and food safety standards. To achieve our main objective of ensuring our clients’ satisfaction, MAT has developed an integrated excellence management system, which enables us to continuously improve our services and exceed our clients’ expectations. BRG applies the quality standards imposed by the catering sector. Our quality management system provides for a very strict process at every stage, from food preparation to serving meals. The QHSE teams on site carry out controls at each of these stages (quality control of foodstuffs, hot and cold temperature etc.).
